Communication goes both ways—back and forth between our people and yours, and again between our people internally. Whether we converse via phone, texting, email, in-person, fax, FTP, instant messaging or any other medium under the sun, the story is still the same. We listen twice as much as we speak, because we need to clearly understand what our clients’ needs are today, and what they may graduate to as projects progress.
Quite simply, Meta-Communication entails telling you what we are going to do, doing it, telling you what we just did, confirming what we just did is accurate and then following up to make sure. Rinse and repeat.
